OUR STORY

Founded in 2008 by Joshua Kuenzel. Still Family Owned. Still the Same Commitment.

Just Right Heating and Air was built on a simple principle: do the job right the first time, every time. Over 15 years, we have grown from a one-man operation to a trusted Northwest Florida HVAC company, but we have never lost the personal touch that makes us different from the big franchise companies.

When you call Just Right, you are calling a local family business with a reputation in this community to protect. Joshua and his team live here, work here, and care deeply about providing the kind of service they would want for their own families.

“If It’s Not Right, Call Just Right”

Not just a tagline, a commitment we make to every customer. We stand behind every job with our workmanship warranty and will not rest until the job is done correctly.

WHY CUSTOMERS CHOOSE US

The Just Right Difference

We are not a franchise. We are not a call center. We are a local family business that has been earning the trust of Northwest Florida homeowners since 2008, one job at a time.

Truly Local

Joshua and his team live and work in Okaloosa County. When you call Just Right, you are talking to people who know this community, know this climate, and have a reputation here to protect. There is no corporate chain to report to, just a family business that cares.

The Personal Touch

Even as we have grown over 15 years, we have deliberately preserved the personal touch that makes us different from the big franchise companies. You will recognize the technicians. They will remember your system. That is not an accident.

Do It Right the First Time

Our founding principle has never changed. We diagnose accurately, we explain clearly, and we fix correctly, or we come back until it is right. Our workmanship warranty is not a marketing claim. It is a commitment we make before we start the job.

Honest Pricing, Always

We provide written estimates before any work begins. We never start a job without your approval. There are no surprise charges on the bill. The price we quote is the price you pay. That standard has defined us since we opened in 2008.
